Sherry L. Kutcher is a full-time REALTOR® with Vylla Homes serving Northeast Ohio. Licensed since 2010, she is committed to providing honest, compassionate, and transparent service to every client.

She holds several professional designations- ABR®, SRS®, PSA, AHWD, and e-Pro®-and has also completed the American Warrior Real Estate Professional course to better support veterans in achieving their homeownership goals. Sherry is also actively working toward her certification in the REO (Real Estate Owned) field, expanding her expertise in bank-owned and distressed properties.
